Here is this week's
sketch #103 for the Stars and Stamps blog...
And here is my take. I used BoBunny crush dsp along with the SU! bird punch. I added a heart-shaped glittered button that I coated with glossy accents to seal the glitter, and added some baker's twine. The sentiment panel was done with the SU! So Many Sayings set, and I stamped the background first with a G Studio heart stamp in Memento angel pink ink. If you click the picture, you may be able to see that stamping better. Two pink & red heart-shaped brads, a snippet of ribbon, and this was done.

What sweet papers and I like that you alternated the heart element with the two birds. It add a nice pit of texture with the twine tie. Nice work Carol!

ReplyDeleteOoh, this is so elegant and pretty! I like how you used the two birds and one heart. The touch of twine with teh button pulls the color. I also love your sentiment tag and how it has the faded hearts then the 2 little hearts and ribbon...SO CUTE!
