I thought I'd share a few more Christmas cards I've made. This one used up some retired SU! dp to make this origami tree. I used Spellbinders Labels 18 and Labels 4 die cuts, along with some Marvy gold paint pen accents around the edges.
This image is from Spyder's corner called the Chilly Penquin, and I did the herringbone technique for the background using SU! dp. I added 2 tiny tags with "Very Merry" and a little bit of stickles to look like ice around the edges. I also added some liquid applique to the hat fur and ear muffs. Click the photo to see that detail a little better.
Last but not least, here is a wine bottle tag I made. I saw this catchy phrase in a store recently, so I used one of Marlene's Fanny images and colored it with Copics. Unfortunately Marlene has given up blogging and her blog has been removed so I can't link you up.The lettering was done on the printer and I colored the letters in with Copics also. The stamped grape clusters are from Kitchen Sink Stamps, done with Memento inks. I hope the recipient gets a kick out of this without being offended :)
Two more days........are you ready yet?!
