I'm still at it here, trying to wrap up the VCMP over at the Stars and Stamps blog in celebration of their 2nd anniversary. This is challenge #11 to "keep it clean" and Jen is hosting this challenge on her blog The Sparkle Within. The challenge is basically to make a CAS card. I used random leftover strips of card stock and adhered them to a scrap piece of card stock and simply added ribbon and a sentiment. Easy peasy, and makes great use of those leftover scraps. I made 2 for this challenge.
This is for challenge #12 Daddy's Child - to make a card for Daddy to send home to the children. This challenge is being hosted by Tami over on Tami's Craft Connection. I used a Greeting Farm image and computer generated the sentiment for this entry.
This is for challenge #14 Cold Temps, Warm Heart - to make a winter love card. This challenge is being hosted by Theresa over on Playing with Pictures and Paper. I had this image colored for a long time, and just added an embossed background and a snowflake brad.
And this is Ciara's 9-11 challenge to make a card with a dog. Sandy over at A Colorful World is hosting this challenge and there's a sad, touching story about a dog that you'll want to read by clicking the challenge link. I used a free digi that Sandy made, and colored it with Copics, adding a few scraps of remnant DP.
There are still a few more challenges to complete, and I don't know that I'll have time to complete them all, but even if I don't - it's been fun with all the new challenges!
Thanks for stopping by and I wish you all a great Tuesday!
Carol
