I went digging into my snippets box to find bits of cardstock and dsp to make 2 summer-themed cards. I used an older wooden stamp set given to me by my DIL when I first began stamping. This card makes use of a snippet of Lawn Fawn plaid dsp, along with some SU! peekaboo peach cardstock. I die cut the large and small squares with a Gina Marie Designs stitched square die set and colored the images with Copics and glaze pens. The sentiment is from Unity.
Here's another one done with MFT snippets of green and yellow dsp along with some SU! pool party card stock snippets. All stamps are from the same wooden stamp set as the card above, and were cut with the same Gina Marie Designs stitched square dies.
I'm sharing these with the Dies R Us challenge #78 - summertime fun
(I was lucky enough to win this challenge last week, yay!)
and the Snippets Playground #293 and #294 - use snippets
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy what's left of summer by getting out and taking in some warm sunshine!
