Neon Flowers

Today I have a birthday card with some neon flowers on a "trellis" clinging to a brick wall. I started by embossing a white panel with a Sizzix bricked ef, then lightly sponged it with spun sugar distress ink to give it an aged look. The trellis was done with an EK lattice chain punch. I colored a piece of white cardstock with a fluorescent green Copic marker, then die cut it with a Cheery Lynn flourish, snipping it apart in sections to adhere to the trellis. I used a Simon Says Stamp Bella Bloom die set to create all the flowers after coloring snippets of white cardstock with several fluorescent Copics. I popped them up on foam tape and layered the smaller ones, adding black gemstones to the centers. I added 2 puffy neon colored butterfly stickers to the panel, along with a white-embossed sentiment on a black stitched die-cut circle. I used a lime green card base to add more bright color.

I'm sharing this with the following challenges:

Very pretty card, Carol! Your trellis filled with colorful flowers just brightens my day! Still nursing this dang cold and trying to rest as much as I can. This weather isn't helping either. I love the brick wall embossed panel, too! A card well done, my friend! :)
