Origami Trees for Christmas

I found myself having a little extra time to stamp today, so I made a couple origami trees. I bought this dsp several years ago in a crafting warehouse just outside of Pigeon Forge TN. There's no name on the back, but it was 8 sheets for $1.00 so I brought several colors home with me, knowing sooner or later I'd find a use for it. It's thinner paper, so it was much easier to fold these trees. I thought alternating colors worked well with both cards. I used my oval Nesties to cut the red and green ovals from scraps, and the Nesties labels trio for the sentiment panels. The ribbon is by Bobbin Ribbon and the card stock base is soft stone by PTI.
The race is about to come on, so I'm done with stamping for this day! Only 3 more races until the championship, and then I'll retreat into a cocoon for the winter until they start up again in February :) I just love to spend my Sundays with NASCAR!!
Have a great Sunday everyone!!

I love them! That 3D effect, on a card, is outstanding! Beautiful papers and layout!

I watched Nascar too and how many times did we need to see a replay of Johnson wrecking??

Hi,
it´s me again.

Thank you for visiting my blog and your comment.

It was really hard work to build the Kusudama. I worked two afternoons with that.

Good night.

P.S.: My English is not the best, hope you can understand me?
