I have a Valentine card to share today where I used lots of little bits of colored cardstock to make hearts. I die-cut the little envelope with a die from SU! and added "sent with love" which is also from SU! I added lots of sparkly red tiny heart stickers all around and embossed the background with a fun hearts embossing folder and called this one done.

Wow! You deserve a gold star for how you used your snippets of coloured cardstock, Carol!! Such a wonderful and clever idea!!! All those colourful hearts flying out from the little envelope look so cheerful and cute! Love the effect on the embossed hearts of the background! And such cute tiny heart stickers, they add a lovely bit of shining and catch the eyes! The red sentiment on the envelope is a perfect detail too!
