Holiday Hedgehogs

My card today makes use of a very old SU! stamp set called Holiday Hedgehogs (2001). My friend Wendy made this card recently and I was inspired to dust the cobwebs off this set and use it again. I colored the image with Copics and added some glaze pen accents. The greenery panel was matted with red cardstock and the 2 panels on the right are leftover snippets of red cardstock. I used an old wooden sentiment stamp and called this one done. Quick and easy!

I'm sharing this with the August Rudolph Days Challenge which is always a Christmas theme and runs until the end of the month.

Thanks for stopping by as always, and I wish you a fabulous Friday!

Carol

  11. Gorgeous card Carol, and a fab way of using up those strips of red card stock. My cards this year will all be bits and pieces as I have no christmas sheets of paper or packs left that are whole and I refuse to let myself replace any of it.Lol. We shall see! hugs Mrs A.

  12. Oh my, how much cute is this stamp? Simply adorable I’m so glad you dusted it! :D This card is a delight, such great colouring and fabulous design with that greenery stripe with the red mat and the other stripes on the right! Very professional, clean and sweet. You say quick and easy, but I wouldn’t have been able to do something as this! You have a great eye for clean and impressive designs!
Sending as always my big hugs, love, peace and positive thoughts for the days ahead!
