Christmas Snippets

I made several Christmas cards using random snippets of designer papers.
For this one I stamped, colored and fussy cut a cute mouse image by Gerda Stein and placed him in the center. I found a box of assorted shiny gemstones (like the one he's holding) that I bought from QVC probably a decade ago and wanted to use them. That's one down, about 200 to go 😁
the sentiment is pre-printed and from SSS, cut with MFT fishtail banner dies.

I'll share this with the following challenges:

the Double D challenge - anything with a tail

2 Crafty Critter Crazies #54 - must use a critter

Repeat Impressions Theme Challenge S821 - Let's see your sparkle & shine

Cute Card Thursday #692 - A/G - (Theme - birthday - optional)

Thanks as always for the visit, and I wish everyone the best possible day!

Carol

  2. Super adorable holiday season greeting. It's hard to believe we're little more than three months away from jolly old St. Nick's return. Blink twice, no doubt, and we'll be trimming the trees and decking the halls again.

  7. You are making such lovely designs with your Christmas snippets of patterned papers, Carol! This one is another clever card made from scraps! The cute guy is beautifully coloured and pops so well with that red gem in his hands! I have some of those shaped gems too, and love them! :) The big fishtail banner with the sentiment fills nicely the space and catches the eyes!
Have a lovely weekend, my friend!! Big hugs across the miles!
