I made this card some time ago for a friend who loves turtles and I don't think I ever posted it! oops! The background was made with random papers from my stash that reminded me of water, and the turtle was a pre-colored digital image I printed twice, reversing one; then fussy cut. The sentiment was done with a GinaMarieDesigns die and this card went together pretty quickly.
