This image is by IKEsART and is called YO!! I won several of their images as a prize and chose this one because I loved the innocent expression on her little face. I colored her with Copics and broke up some of the color with a red fine-line marker by making a design in the top of her dress. I used a tiny brush to sponge on some Distress spun sugar for rosy cheeks. I added glossy accents to her eyes, lips and fingernails and die-cut the image with a MFT stitched oval die. The background paper is PTI bitty box basics and I cut thin strips of white to add to the background, adding a TE sentiment and TE enamel hearts.
I based this card on the MFTWSC439 so I'll be sharing it with them.

What a precious image and you brought her to life. That is an innocent expression of wonder. Fantastic coloring and adding the design to her dress looks like the smocking on little girl dresses. Very sweet card.

And the hat, the eyes, the lips.... any detail is just so cute and perfect!!! Fabulous background, too, has been a great idea adding the white stripes, they make the oval topper just pop out!! A masterpiece!
