Father's Day Card

Is it too early to start on Father's day cards yet? LOL When I recently discovered an old pack of unfinished CTMH dsp with this wonderful plaid design, it sparked me to make a few cards and this is one of those that I've made. HERE is another. I used some Turquoise, Black, and Kraft cardstock, with a Lil Inkers stitched rectangle and a Kaisercraft stag die to put this together. I added a strip of turquoise for the SU! sentiment, cutting the sides of it with the stitched rectangle so it nestled nicely onto the image panel. The stag head was put into the kraft negative and I like how it turned out.

Thanks for the little visit today and I hope you enjoy your Friday!

  4. What a great plaid. It is a good, snowy day to find forgotten goodies. The snow can not make up it's mind on which way to blow! That is a fantastic buck for masculine cards.

  14. Not too early, and tfs the reminder! (I'll still be late!) Loving this wonderful stag head, and I especially love it with the plaid 'flannel' behind the suede look of the stag's mat. This is a super guy card. The blue and tan colors look so nice together. TFS & Hugs
