Welcome back to the first challenge of 2018 with our Tuesday Morning Sketch challenge #435. This week we're re-visiting my favorite sketch from 2017 designed by our very own Janice Melton. It was first posted as challenge #416. I flipped the sketch to make my card...
I used a Riley Moose image which was colored with Copics and die-cut the panel with a Lil Inkers stitched rectangle die. I added a piece of blue burlap from a Paper Petals burlap paper pad and also die-cut that with a Lil Inkers stitched rectangle. I added some mirror gold elements done with a SU! word window punch and anchored them with blue and yellow mini brads. The XOXO sentiment was done with a Taylored Expressions "Let's Talk" stamp set. The yellow panel was embossed with a Taylored Expressions burlap embossing folder - which happens to be the prize for this week's draw.
Please be sure to stop by the Tuesday Morning Sketch blog to see how my DT members interpreted this fun sketch and don't forget to leave them a little love too!
Thanks for stopping by and make it a great Tuesday as well as a fresh new beginning to 2018!

ReplyDeleteJust don't come any cuter than Riley in his jammies with his nightcap, his teddy and his furry shoes. Oh this is darling. Love the burlap textures, and I really like how you've used this word window punch. Adding the little brads to compliment your color choices is a really neat detail too. TFS & Hugs.
