I've had a life-long friend who celebrates her birthday on July 4th, and loves that there are fireworks on her birthday every year! I started by making a panel of red, white and blue squares of dsp and cardstock, then matted it on a white panel. The Inky Antics image was colored with Copics and cut with a Gina Marie Designs stitched square die. The card base is Pacific Point and I stamped assorted fireworks with Versafine ink and a Winnie and Walter Sparkle stamp set, embossing the images with red, silver, white and gold ep. I added a few Nuvo glitter drops in blue to add to the festivities. The word Sparkle was gold embossed on red, while the "On Your Day" portion of the sentiment was embossed with white on navy.
I'm sharing this with Craftyhazelnut's Patterned Paper challenge for June 2017
Thanks for the visit, and I hope to be back again soon! Have a great weekend!

So darn cute!
How fun to have a 4th of July birthday!!! I would have thought the fireworks were in honor of my birthday if I had been born on the 4th of July. lol My cousin always thought the Memorial Day parade was for her birthday. lol Love this card, it's so patriotic and fun!! Makes for a fabulous birthday card! Hugs, Brenda
This is very very sweet! I love the sparkley fireworks you embossed and the great quilted design that grounds your critters. Great 4th of July birthday card! I need to make a card for that occasion, too!

Wow! Love those fireworks and paired with that quilt it makes for a awesome card that your friend is sure to love and appreciate.
AND.... besides fireworks think of all those people who go on picnics to celebrate your friend's birthday. Why! It's almost like it is a holiday or something.
Seriously, though I love seeing what you make for your friend every year. You have the best patriotic RWB card ideas. This one is another wonderful one!
An adorable card, AND Fireworks too? Love it
