Love


This cute Penny Black image has been in my stash for a long time, so I colored it and finally made a card with it. The cork background paper has been in my stash forever. I bought it from QVC when they were selling scrapbook products! I used a little snippet of blushing bride card stock to make the Quickutz sentiment and vertical panel which was embossed with tiny hearts. Some matching ribbon, punched borders, and scalloped squares done with chocolate chip card stock, and this one was done!

I'm taking this one over to the Snippets Playground #159 to share the love with my playmates :)

    WOW! Carol, this is outstanding! I love the cork background and that pretty pink embossed piece with the hearts. Cute image and colored just right! Precious and pretty!

    I adore this image and you've back it up beautifully. Love the "love" in pink to match the vertical panel and the polka dots. Just a fabulous card. Enjoy your cold day.

    Just can't beat a PB image, and this one is just darling. Love the corkboard dp, and so cute with the pink embossed heart border. How you always manage to have just 'the right' ribbon trims, is so amazing. Love it! A perfect snippets card. Hope I get a chance to join in. Happy Sunday, hope the weather is not dismal up your way.     Awww, how sweet this card is Carol! I love that cork paper and oh my do I remember when QVC sold scrapping stuff! I still wish they did. lol Well maybe not, it could get me in trouble. lol The soft pink you used for the embossing and the die cutting looks so good and of course I have to say I just love, love those cute mice.
