For my Brother-in-law's Birthday


 I made this card following the Tuesday Morning Sketch #240. This week there's a twist to use 3 "B" elements on your card. I used brown, blue, a brad, and birthday, so that should cover the challenge!

I used an Inkadinkado image, stamped on vanilla cardstock with Memento Rich Cocoa ink, then colored it with Copics and a fine line black marker. I added a gold brad, die cut the image and mat with SB square dies, and matted with some early espresso cardstock that was torn on the bottom edge. I added some neutral twine from Whisker Graphics with an unknown birthday sentiment. My BIL used to be a horse trainer, so I always try to make him cards with horse images as he likes them the most.

    LOVE IT!!! I always like it when you use the horse, but this one is awesome. Great use of the twine and love the torn edge.

    Gorgeous coloring job on this horse. I loke the torn bottom and the twine. Your BIL will be very pleased, I'm sure. Enjoy the weekend.

    This is an awesome manly card. Everything about it is perfect. I love the torn edge look, it really works well with this card, gives it more of a rough manly feel.

    I like the idea of a 3-B challenge so much I added it to my on-line card group as a swap suggestion.

    This is so gorgeous! I will show it to Little Miss C as I think she has that same stamp. try to buy her any nice horse stamps I see!

    I just love the way you coloured only the shading...looks fabulous!
