Pink & Red Valentines

Here's a quick and easy CAS Valentine I made using bubblegum pink cardstock and some pale pink twisted twine. I used a SNSS border die, and MB precious hearts dies and SU! punches. I'm taking this card over to the Card Concept #3 which is to use monochromatic pink.

Here's another done with metallic wine-colored cardstock. I used a SU! hearts a flutter heart stamp & die, embossing in white, and layering over a punched heart. The border is by SNSS and the sentiment is by SU!, also embossed in white. This is for the Cards in Envy "Love is in the air" challenge To make love cards. I'm also entering both cards into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge which is to have a heart somewhere on your card.

Thanks for spending a few minutes of your day with me, now go and make this a fantastic day!

Carol

Such sweet valentines, Carol. Both are just sooooo pretty. I don't believe I used any pink on a valentine this year. I was too busy doing aqua and red. Ha

I love both your easy peasy Valentine's cards. I like the twine on the first card. It adds a little something.

Giminy, 2 more sweeties. Love, love that metallic paper on #2, but those MB tiny hearts are just as precious as can be. The borders are so pretty on each one, and each one is just beautifully done. TFS

Your cards are so pretty! I absolutely adore the sweet wee hearts suspended from the dainty bows. The heart border looks great paired with the pink & white baker's twine! Thanks for choosing to share your card with us at the Card Concept Challenge :)

Two great CAS cards here! I love how you've cut the border twice and pieced the opposite color hearts back into it (and I can't imagine how tedious that may have been! Eeeeep!). Thanks for sharing your work with us at Cards in Envy! :)
