Rainy Day Challenge for October

I'm playing along with Susan's sketch for this months RAINYDAYSCOCT2012 challenge.

Since I'd been using papers from the MME Moments paper pad to make the gift  box posted below, I used it to make my card for this challenge. I used a piece of light blue tulle and tied it with thread underneath the sentiment panel which was computer generated. The squares were die cut with a SB square swatches die, and I used the SU! owl punch for the tiny hearts. The 2 larger hearts were cut with a SNSS hearts die. I've used most of this paper pad now, but I may have to buy another one, as I love these blue and yellow colors together :)

Have a totally awesome Tuesday!

Carol

  1. Wonderful sketch and I love what you did with it. That blue tulle looks so very pretty and delicate and we all know how delicate the heart can be, so this is the ideal embellishment for this card. I agree with you on those papers, they are all beautiful. I wish you an outstanding day.
