Merry Monday #20 Noel

I played along with this week's Merry Monday Challenge #20 and made another Christmas card for my stash....

I used some retired SU! dsp for this, adding some wild wasabi, cherry cobbler
and chocolate chip cardstock. The base and top panel are Soft Stone. I stamped the soft stone with a Christmas backgrounder in Versamark and clear embossed it, then added a SU! sentiment and ornament punch (3 ea, glued together). I used a piece of chocolate striped ribbon I got in a share probably 2-3 years ago, and I'm just now getting around to using it! {It's a disease I tell ya!} I've resolved that this is the year I'll stop hoarding stamping supplies and use them!
It's been a dreary day here in PA which explains the dull, lifeless photo. I hate using a light box for anything green because it always turns out weird and wonky - probably because I don't have enough good lighting!
Thanks for stopping by and take care!

Carol

  8. I just love that delicate, punched edging. The paper is fantastic! We need a play date when I get Jim home from the hospital next week. We will set it in stone on the calendar.
