Here's the great sketch from OWH's Stars and Stamps challenge #58 found here.
And this is the Easter card that I created by using that sketch. For this one I used all dp from a Memory Box collection called "enchanted." The chicks and sentiment were stamped with a G Studio stamp I found at Michaels for $1. All I did was add a piece of ribbon and this card was done!
I thought I'd throw this one in just for laughs :) I already sent this one in to OWH and it's a free digi image Sandy offered on her blog here. Isn't that sentiment hilarious? I just embossed the dollar store dp with the larger spots Cuttlebug ef and added some glossy accents to the bowtie and hair ribbon after coloring with markers, and then did a little piercing. Thanks for this FUN free image Sandy.....along with all the others! I know someone is going to smile when they receive this card!!And thanks for stopping by on this beautiful Sunday! I hope you have a great day!

Carol, I love both of these cards. They are adorable. I especially like the colors in the first card. They want to make me get out the Easter baskets right now. (Even with the snow on the ground). Are you ready for the race? Go Smoke!
ReplyDeleteCarol, I really enjoy seeing your cards every week. I love the colors on your Challenge card and I like how you added the ribbon. I also liked the sketch, it's a great way to use those tiny stamps that get left in the drawer because of their size.
