Christmas Blessings

I used a Stampendous "Manger Scene" stamp for today's card. I stamped the image with Versafine Onyx Black ink, then heat embossed it with clear detail ep. I added the SU! sentiment and then sponged a yellow glow around the baby Jesus in the manger, adding some straw on the ground with a branch stamp made by Judith. The final touch was to die cut the image and card base with Lil Inker stitched rectangles. This card can easily be mass produced, so I'll be making a few more to add to my stash. I cannot believe how close Christmas is already! My brain is still trying to say good-bye to summer. What?!?!

Thanks for stopping by and make it a great day!

This card is beautiful, Carol! Just love the image and that sentiment! The Stitched Dies complete this card nicely! I know, Christmas is coming WAY too fast! Our neighbors across the street already have their decorations outside! Saturday night it looked like Christmas Candy Lane over there! All these blow up things and lights...geesh! My stuff will go up on Thanksgiving IF I can muster up the energy! LOL TFS this gorgeous card....I really love it!

I too can't believe that it's already time to make Chritsmas items.... Autumn here seems just finished, the weather is cold and the days too much short! :(

Wonderful card, Carol and it would make a great production card even though it does not look like it could be done in production. It appears to be a one of a kind beauty. Have a good evening.

Beautiful Christmas card Carol! I am loving that stamp, I always love any stamp sets of the Nativity. I love how you put the straw on the bottom of the card like that, it made the whole scene come together so well. The light around baby Jesus is perfect too. Yeah, I can't believe the holidays are upon us either! My mind wants summer back and winter to never come. lol But we have been blessed with mild weather, so I guess I take it and not complain.....too much! lol Hugs, Brenda
