Birthday Balloons

I made this quick and easy birthday card to add to my stash. The word "birthday" was done with a SNSS die in yellow cardstock and popped up on foam tape. The letters for "happy" were punched from an alphabet sheet set I bought years ago at a local craft store. The balloons were done with a Martha Stewart punch and I added some neutral twine and white sharpie accents to them. For the final touch, I added some tiny star sequins I've had in my stash forever.

I'm entering this into the HLS August Anything Goes with Dies challenge.

Thanks for checking in on this Monday morning. I hope your week ahead is fantastic!

On a side note - huge congrats to the team from New York who won the Little League World Series championship yesterday! Their impressive record this year was 24-0! It was a great series, and a fantastic final game where New York's pitching and fielding skills were nothing short of amazing!! Way to go guys!!

Fun, fun card. Love the neutral twine as it makes these colorful balloons look totally real. I didn't even know they had star sequins. Great to know. YAY! for our NY team. Wonderful job.
Enjoy the evening.
