A Double-Challenge Card

I played along with another sketch challenge this week from the Tuesday Morning Sketch #362. I used a Wisteria panel for the background; embossed with a Cuttlebug decorative tiles ef. The floral image is from Penny Black and it was colored with Copics and die-cut with a Lil Inker stitched rectangle. The decorative banner was made with a snippet of Lawn Fawn dsp, while the narrow banner and backing panel were done with Island Indigo. I added a MFP sentiment along with some candi dots to finish this card.

I'm also entering this into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge which is anything goes. This week they're featuring Lawn Fawn products. This card was designed around the Lawn Fawn dsp banner, matching colors that coordinated with those in the paper.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope your Friday is a fabulous one!

Giminy, a C/B folder I've not seen, so very intricate & beautiful. Of course the PB flowers are always gorgeous, and this one is perfectly colored. Love the placement of the stitched rectangles...the turquoise shade really pops. Very much like the floral banner with a 2nd spot of the turquoise. Very pretty colors combined together, and I love this sketch too. TFS & Happy wkend. Stay cool.

I like this sketch and that is a new to me e/f. Your paper was the perfect fit with that lovely flower. Very pretty card. Sorry I haven't been around but I have been dog sitting for a 17 year old blind, deaf Yorkie, so not doing much of anything these days. I did look at your post for this past week and they are all great card, which is the norm. from you. LOL Have a fun weekend.
