Mainy Manly

Someone sent me this stamped image of beautiful horses quite some time ago, and I've held onto it for much too long, so I decided it was time to make a card with it and let someone else enjoy it as much as I do. I die cut the image with a Lil Inker stitched rectangle, adding a SU! birthday sentiment stamped in basic grey. The card base is SU! retired True Thyme and I also die cut that with a Lil Inker stitched rectangle. I think this one will be perfect for any man who is a horse lover.

I'm sharing this over at the Little Red Wagon challenge #332 which is "Mainly Manly."

Thanks for stopping by and make it a great Monday!

Carol

Absolutely Gorgeous image and I really think you made the right choice to just add a smaller sentiment to let these beauties take center stage. Love the True Thyme on this card. Have a good day.

Wow, what a lovely image! I can see why you held onto it. I like how you made a simple card with your stitched dies to make the image the main portion. TFS!

Those horses are so pretty Carol! I love this card! The image is very detailed making those horses look so real. I love the colors you used on this card, making it a great male card. With a change of colored base, it could be a girls card as well. This image will work for either! Love it! Hugs, Brenda

The image is stunning - and so is your card! Love the small sentiment you used since it doesn't take away from the beauty of the image. Beautiful!

It was me...the most expensive single stamp I ever bought...$20 wayyyy back when. I bought it for a special horse loving friend. I think it was made by Coronado something. Thanks for reminding me of this lovely stamp and my wonderful friend that I made the card set for!!!
