Bandana Technique

Today's card is for the MFP Stamps Challenge #11 which includes a tutorial for using the bandana technique. I started off with Peacock Feathers, adding Mermaid Lagoon and finally some Tumbled Glass distress inks, sponging in random fashion. After it dried, I stamped some images from a MFP stamp set called "Take the Time & Father's Day" with Versafine Onyx Black ink, and added some white doodling within and around the images. (click to enlarge for detail) I added a few black and white  negative die cut bits from previous projects to fill in all the open spaces. Father's day will be here before we know it, so I'm getting some cards done early.

Thanks for stopping by and here's wishing you a great day!

I don't knew the bandana technique, I think it's the white doodling inside and outside the stamps. In every case, this doodling is stunning and have a fabulous look!! Great sponging, too and this card is perfect for a male!

Great job with the tutorial. I don't recognize those stamps so I'd say they are not from MFP StampShop

I really like this technique and I like also how you used the tones of blue in your sponging. Very nice!

I've not heard of that technique before. They are always coming out with something new. Love all that white doodling though... really adds something.
