Peeled Paint Christmas Trees

My card today makes use of some Peeled Paint distress ink sponged on a card base, then stamped with water-spritzed tree images. I added a border done with a SSS pinpoint die in glittered tape which was cut into a narrow strip. The sentiment was heat-embossed with white ep on a black panel and cut to size. I added 2 of the negative pieces from the border to the tree tops to bring it all together.

I'm sharing this one over at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge which is "anything goes."

I'm also sharing it at the Snippets Playground #204 with the snippets used here.

Thanks for stopping by and have fun shopping today!

Carol

Wow!! You have painted a wonderful picture, my friend! It remember me the impressionism...! This technique of stamp with water on distressed background is really interesting and you choose always the best stamps to use! These trees seem real! The little leftovers on the top seem stars and the narrow glittered tape seems an elegant fence...Fabulous work!!! I'm speechless for your talent!
