Caught a Bug?

Deedee's Digis is sponsoring the CraftersCafeChallenge #117 this week, so I've made a card to meet their challenge theme of "get well."

I used Deedee's Digis Goody Jar set and chose the line images, placing a bug inside of the jar and coloring everything with Copics. I die cut the panels with Lil Inkers stitched rectangle dies, then added some Island Indigo ribbon, along with a tiny bow made with lavender gingham ribbon. The cardstock is Pool Party, and for the final touch, I added a lavender heart-shaped brad to the bow on the top of the jar. The sentiment was computer generated.

I hope you're playing along with Deedee's May progressive challenge too, because when you do, you'll earn June's digi of the month completely free! Click here to get all the details and learn how to play along.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope your day is perfect!

Carol

Oh dear I can't say that I'm very keen on bugs of any sort, but this one is quite cute and the sentiment made me smile so I guess it could well do the same for someone who was feeling unwell. A great card.
