Fall Harvest

Here's my entry for the Mod Squad challenge - a fruitful harvest. I looked in my stash and realized I have no fruit images, so I went with the fall harvest theme and used a Cocoa mouse pumpkin image. The border was done with an EK punch and some espresso card stock, and I used 3 different Bo Bunny dsp's from the apple cider collection. I used a few of the punched elements on the main panel and tied it all up with some yellow gingham ribbon.

Fall is my favorite time of the year, but I'm having a hard time saying good-bye to the beautiful summer we've had this year! The weather has been perfect and we've really enjoyed being outdoors more than ever these past few months!

Thanks for stopping by and make it a great day whatever you're doing!

Carol

This is a beautiful Fall creation, Carol. Super dsp. I LOVE pumpkins and can't wait to go to the pumpkin patch. Like you, though, I hate to see summer scooting out the door.
Have a wonderful day.

There's my precious little Cocoa! I just love him so much. Great coloring on that pumpkin and I don't think you could have picked a better background paper. Love it!

Carol, you always do such a fabulous job with your favorite little Cocoa. Fantastic coloring and I love the paper and the punched leaves. With the ribbon and bow everything all came together so nice. It is very humid here today, but hopefully we'll get the fall feel back in our air very soon. Have a great day.

Awww, this is a cute, cute card Carol! I love those papers and of course your cute pumpkin and mouse image. This has been a really nice summer hasn't it? Not hot and I like hot for the pool, but so nice to have the windows open and nice fresh air coming through the house, very nice for sitting out and cookouts. It's been an unusual summer but I remember one just like this one years ago. I didn't take the boys swimming because it wasn't hot enough, but we sure enjoyed that summer too. lol Hugs, Brenda

This is a great card and you have hit the nail on the head as Fall is definitely a feeling in the air here. We went from 30 celcius to needing the furnace on at night in 2 days span!

Great fall colours and inage, cArol. I will be back for a good catch up on your blog tonight. We have company here and it has kept us so busy!

Nope, you have a fruit in there. A pumpkin is really a fruit. I learned that just today in my plant biology class.

I love your fall card. Great paper!
