Christmas in July

It's time for the Rudolph Day July challenge. All you need to do is make 2 Christmas cards to enter the challenge, but today I have 3. This was recently a sketch used for the OWH VCMP, and I liked it so much, I decided to make a few more Christmas cards and try to finish up some of those Christmas paper pads I've had. I'm sorry but I don't remember who makes these papers because the covers are long gone. I never thought black snowflakes would make a nice Christmas card, and yet today I've made one that I really like! The sentiment is from PTI (part of a prize package I won from Darnell's 1st NBUS challenge), and the snowflakes were done with a Martha Stewart punch and a smaller generic punch. Those turquoise frosted pearl gems from Pizzazz Aplenty in the centers gave this just the right amount of sparkle and color to make me happy.

For this version, I used a SU! itty bitty punch to make the trees, and added tiny gold Stampendous Geo Sparkler stickers to the tree tops.

For this card I used silver strip stickers to suspend the ornaments - which were done with a SU! itty bitty punch, and added a silver Geo Sparkler to the centers. Another thing I love about these cards is that they're nice and flat, and will not require extra postage! YAY!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!

Carol

All are beautiful, but I really think my favorite one is the black and white one with the touch of turquoise. I find that one to be stunning. Great job on all though. Have a great day.

All lovely Christmas cardss! and thanks for the info you posted on my blog today.
My question for you, "Have you used your "stick" stamps yet? I would like to see how you used them.
Hope you have a great weekend!

Terrific job.

That is a terrific sketch, and I loved each one of these pretty cards. I'm with Donna H, as I reall liked the snowflakes on #1. Actually they looked more silver in the picture, but it's a wonderful card. You have been very busy! See ya at Rudolph's, as I finally got my cards finished. TFS & Hugs

What fun card! I think that you have a trio of squares but there are other spots of interest on your card as well--the background paper and the stripes. Love it!
