Celebrate CAS Style

Here's something you don't see too often from me - a CAS card! My friend Mary Anne stopped by recently and brought along her new MFT dies, so I cut a few of these in different colors. The "celebrate" was done with Pacific Point cardstock and I added an embossed panel to the bottom half. For the final touch, I added a silver sticker border and this card was done in minutes!

This card is going into the following challenges...

Addicted to CAS #43 - "celebrate"

Addicted to Stamps #104 - "CAS"

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you find a reason to celebrate something today!

Brilliance and simple do not normally reside together. Cas cards are usually not of that genre but once in awhile the two meet in a simply elegant card. Congratulations. They meet in this card. - Jim

I'm with Cherokee. He & Darnell...they both say it better than I can! I'll just say I love it. Blue & white...can't beat those 2 colors together, and the little strip border - great touch. Well done!!!TFS &Hugs

I love your partial use of the birthday embossing folder--great contrast with the flat paper above it.

I love that you used the embossed area just on the bottom and that fabulous punch of color on the "celebrate" sentiment. A great CAS card.
