Simon Says Die Crazy (2nd card)

Here's another pair of cards for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge to use dies. I used some random snippets of cardstock from my bin, and adhered them together, then die cut the SSS daisies die. I cut the die again with white cardstock, and placed the white panel into the colored panel for some sharp contrast. I stamped the Hero Arts sentiment in black. After die cutting the daisies twice, I had enough to make a 2nd card....

For this one, I inserted the colored die into the white panel, added some piercing, mini punched flowers, and some liquid pearls to the flower centers. The sentiment is from MFP.

With all the snippets used, I'm also entering these cards into the snippets playground #125.

This is my 2nd post for today, so now I'm leaving the craft room to enjoy some of this lovely day! Thanks for checking in, and have yourself a fantastic day!

Way to go Carol. Sometimes it is amazing how many variations we can come up with to an image.

Love them both! I may CASE these. I brought some toys along with me including the Big Shot and some dies so you've given me some ideas for simple cards. They have to be simple. This house is filled with interruptions and people who never stop talking. They are all quiet right now. Duct tape had nothing to do with it.

Great cards, and I really like it when there's a way to make two cards at the same time. Must try this...thanks for the inspiration.

Love how you used the other elements to make another card, which I think is even cuter than the first! xxx

Both of these cards are great, Carol. I do not know which I like better so I'm going to call them a tie. LOL I do hope you are outside enjoying yourself doing something that makes you happy. We are clouding over right now and I'm pretty sure it will start raining within the next half hour. Getting very dark now. Talk to you soon.

Oh I love both of these Carol! Have just had a go at insetting a die cut here and it's great fun - more so if you get two cards as you did!

Hugs, Di xx

Oh Carol, I am loving these two cards!!! Someone very sweet to me sent me this die and I did get one card made with it, but now you have inspired me some more with it! I won't have time to play with it this week, and maybe not next week, but will get there. Graduation is coming up on me very fast!! Love, love these cards and the colors! Hugs
