Here's a card I made to welcome the official kick-off to summer this coming weekend. I'm using a pre-colored digi image from
Deedee Anderson called "Garden", and it's from the
Ladybug Hugs stamp set found here. I added some Copic colors to the pre-colored image, and then added stickles to the flowers, and white gel pen accents to the cute ladybugs. I matted the image on a piece of green cardstock that was cut with a SU! top note die, and attached a couple dragonfly brads. I used some coordinating orange dsp from a paper pad and lastly added a little bow tied with orange gingham ribbon.

I think one of my favorite color combinations these days is orange and green! SO cute and of course love that image too.

Cute "summer" card, and yes, we are having summer like weather today, I hope you get to enjoy it. My question to you is...What happened to our spring? I don't feel like we had any...smile.
Oh boy, this sure looks like summer too Carol! I love the paper and ribbon, and of course the top note die is just the perfect mat for your image. And talk about cute, I love this image!!! I love how you added some shading to this pre-colored image, those flowers are fab, love the glitter on them. But it is those cute ladybugs and the dragonfly brads that caught my eye. Hugs, Brenda
