OWH Super Card Bowl Challenges #2 & 3
Continuing on with the OWH Card Bowl 3-day challenge is the 2nd challenge - the February ODBD challenge - which is to make a card using the color brown. I used some kraft, dark brown, and a matching plaid for this, stamping with a MFP Southwest Cowboy set, and fussy cutting the image after clear embossing it. The card is pretty self-explanatory, but if you need any more details, shoot me an email and I'll be glad to answer them.
Sunday sketch challenge#210. Donna gave us a great sample of a masculine card for this week's sketch, plus she made a 2nd one, so be sure and check out her great cards! I used the colors of the Denver Bronco's team on my card for challenge #1, and since I already had those colors on my table, I just made another card with them today. The stars were done with Punch-a-Bunch and SU! punches, and the star borders were done with a SNSS die. The lettering was done with my Quickutz - quick and easy! I added one blue mini brad to the center of the largest star just for fun. I'm sure there are lots of dad's out there who are Bronco fans, so this will be a perfect fit for one of those special dads!
That's it for me, I'm going to try to clean my craft room a little bit today before the game. Who knows what I might find hidden in here :)
Have a great day, enjoy the game if you're going to watch it, and thanks for stopping by! Make it a great Super Sunday!
