HMFMC #160

The House Mouse HMFMC #160 challenge is to use Silver and/or Gold, so I opted to go for the gold! I stamped and embossed this fun HM image with gold embossing powder, and colored him with Copics, adding liquid applique and sparkly stickles to the fur on his cap. I die cut with a SB postage stamp die, and matted it with embossed gold card stock and red, adding gold square brads to the corners. The sentiment was embossed with gold and layered the same as the image panel, and I added a piece of retired SU! dsp for the background. The final touch was a metallic ribbon bow attached with glossy accents.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and as always - I wish you a fantastic day!

Carol

Oh so darn cute. I love the expression on his little face. He does look joyful. The red, gold and white are beautiful together. I always loved that Postage Stamp die. I need to use it more often myself. Thank you so much for playing along with us here at House Mouse & Friends. Your cards are always a joy to look at. Enjoy the day and stay warm and safe with the snow.

Your image is adorable on the postage stamp, Carol. And, I'm loving those bold stripes on the paper. A cutie patootie card if ever I've seen one.
