Another Sympathy Card

Unfortunately, I've had the need to make several sympathy cards this week. When I saw the Speedy Fox & Friends Challenge #155 to "emboss with white" it gave me the idea to create this card. I pulled out a sheet of Pale Plum and embossed the SU! flower image with white ep, then cut it out by hand. I wove a Cheery Lynn mini flourish around the flower, then popped it up on dimensionals with a Kaiser lavender pearl. The tulip ef was colored with a pale plum marker and the ovals are by SB. Sentiment is by SU!

I hope you're enjoying the weekend and doing something fun. Thanks so much for stopping by today!

I'm sorry to hear that you need these types of cards this week. But if someone has to receive a sympathy card, the ones you have made this week are certainly the best kind to get. They are filled with love and tons of effort. I love the double ovals and the colored tulips. Just stunning Carol.
Enjoy tomorrow.

Love the way you white embossed the flower and that Pale Plum is so pretty on this. Great way to use that embossing folder too.
