OWH midweek throwdown

There's a color challenge over on the OWH Stars and Stamps midweek throwdown to create a black & white card with a pop of either red or green color. I'd just finished putting this card together when I saw the challenge, so that was a stroke of luck that I had my card finished already! The SSS hexagon border was a leftover piece I'd been working on from another project, and all I did was add a few score lines (click the photo for that detail) and a piece of matching ribbon. The green hexagons were done with green galore card stock. The sentiment is from MFP and was done with Versafine Onyx Black ink.

Thanks for stopping by today, it's always so nice to see you :)

OMG! This is awesome. I have to have that die. I guess you had to have used it on all 3 colors and then glued the negative spaces of certain colors back into the die cut. Wow. Lots of work, but I would love to make this card sometime. GREAT JOB!

Wonderful! I almost ordered this die the other day, but I really needed my own fresh daisies die first. You do this so well! The patience of a saint. That green really does pop.

Out of all the cards I have made lately, the one I made today, is one of my favorites!
