Die Cuts and Punches

The mid-week challenge over at the Stars and Stamps blog this week is to use dies and punches. This card was a snap to make for the challenge! I used a die cut, a punch and a sentiment stamp - and that's it! The tree was done with a Memory Box Arboscello tree die, and the bottom was done with a leafy EK border punch. I put a strip of matching cardstock behind the punched strip to add a little contrast. The sentiment was done with Cranberry Crisp ink, and I used some heavy, glossy card stock that was given to me so I don't know who makes it.
Quick and easy for me today! Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your Wednesday!

Carol, Very nice classy card. I love that tree die. I was looking to get that one the other day on my shopping spree, but I went for the vine instead, but I think that will stay on my wish list. I alsolike that punch. It all goes so well together. Have a great day.

Wow! That tree is gorgeous and I love that EK border punch. I never thought about using it as a negative punch, but it looks fantastic as an edging like that. A beautiful card!

Carol, the card might have been "quick and easy", but the creative mind that decided on the colors and placement made it elegant and lovely. Thanks so much :)
