Starting a new week

Yesterday was a difficult day for me with re-living the events of a decade ago, but I need to move on now and post some of the cards I've been making for the OWH birthday bash challenges. I haven't had time to finish them all, but here are a few, and I will post a few more later as I complete them.
This card is a CASE of one of Kelly Rae's card found here. There are so many cards, I'm going to keep this post brief by not listing the supplies. If you need to know them, shoot me an email at Carolee925 at g mail dot com and I'll be glad to fill you in on the details.
This is for challenge #1 Garanimals - which is to make a card for kids using animals. The blog hosting this challenge is Linda from "It Was Here A Minute Ago." I used a pre-colored Paper Shelter digi image for this card.
This card was done for the #2 Celebrating Nature challenge. Lisa from "Stamping with a Mission" is hosting this challenge to create a card that celebrates nature.
This is for challenge #3 Unique Christmas - which is to make a Christmas card with non-traditional colors. This challenge is being hosted by Barb at Paper Therapy Ponderings.
I'll be posting more as the day goes on and I finish up more of these challenges, so stay tuned and thanks for stopping by! I hope you'll find time to get in on some of these challenges and make some OWH cards for our military too!

Carol,
I love all of your cards, but especially the fall (nature) card. I hope to get stamping this afternoon, but so far it doesn't look too good for that hope. Got to shop and restock my fridge. Then start on a healthy supper. Just got home last night from Lake George and we did not eat healthy at all the whole weekend.

These are so unique and well done, my friend! I am with you, on the sadness of the day. I was crippled by the need to watch recounts and memorials for about two days straight. We said "never forget" and I am doing an outstanding job. {!} I adore you so much and wish we could have had a little hug to commemorate the sad anniversary. You are VERY special to me. Keep CRAFTING through the tears and the memories - that's not a bad way to stand tall, when I think about it! LOL! Love you, dear!
