OWH Sketch Challenge #60

This is the Stars & Stamps sketch for the challenge #60 found here.
For this card I pulled out a long-retired set from SU! called "year round fun" that a dear friend gave me! {thanks Heidi - big huggers}I love these tiny images and they're fun to color too! I stamped the images on cryogen paper with memento black ink and colored them with copics. One thing I learned is that this type of paper is NOT easy to pierce! It's very dense and difficult to poke holes in which is why I only pierced the outside edges of the squares! LOL I used a scrap of dp for the vertical panel, using the SU scalloped border punch along the bottom and dotting the scallops with a white sharpie marker. The sentiment was stamped with versafine onyx black ink and the stamp has no name on it so I don't know who made it. The cardstock and ribbon are both pacific point from SU!
I hope you're enjoying your Sunday wherever you are! Take care, and I'll see you soon :)

Cute little images, and I like the way you colored them all to be different! The blue and white makes it look like tiles to me. Very nice card.

It's an adorable card! I, too, have given up on piercing some types of paper...because it's hard work! LOL!

Carol, How cute! I love those little stamps. Quite a job to color things so small. NJ. The colors are really nice and I like the dotted horizontal paper also. I always love it when the scallops are dotted. I find it a nice finishing touch. Since there was no race I spent the day re-organizing my craft room. That job is never done. Have a great night.
