Easter Blessings

I made this card in honor of the QFTD#50 which is Kim....otherwise known as Luv Flowers on SCS. I drew inspiration from this card in her gallery and created this Easter Blessings card. The Easter Cross image is a free one I d/l from Sandy's blog to create cards for OWH - which is for our service personnel serving overseas. I colored the image with Copics and matted it with a beaded ovals diecut and added some dark purple stickles to the stamens. All the cardstock is from the Prismatics Azalea collection......and I used light, medium, and dark shades for this, sponging the oval centers with a sponge dauber. The ribbon is the last piece of white pure silk ribbon I bought quite some time ago from Sharon Johnson's store and I thought it was perfect for an Easter card. I absolutely LOVE this ribbon and it makes gorgeous bows, but I didn't have enough left to create one. The background was embossed using the Swiss Dots ef and the sentiment is by Inkadinkado.
I wish you all a wonderful weekend, and I'll be back again soon! Take care in the meantime!
