KSS #29

The Kitchen Sink Challenge #29 is to make a monochromatic card. I really stepped out of my box when I made this card! LOL I was using the KSS multi step lilac set and for some reason my mind saw trees instead of flowers, so I went where my thoughts took me and came up with a green Christmas card. I don't have any KSS sentiment stamps for Christmas, so I used some green twill to add the sentiment. I created the snow with a glistening snow writer and added some dazzling diamonds before it dried. The DP is from the Basic Grey Jovial pack, and the glittered green card stock is from DCWV.
We're in for a rainy, chilly day here in PA, but I wish you sunshine wherever you are!

Carol

stamps - Kitchen Sink Stamps multi step lilac
papers - BG jovial dp, white, DCWV green glittered card stock
inks - SU! Hunter green, Wasabi; Memento Cottage Ivy, New Sprout
accessories - Glistening Snow writer, dazzling diamonds glitter, twill ribbon, Scor-tape

How pretty! This is really using your stamps to their best use! This would qualify for SCS's challenge yesterday, to use greens!

OMGosh, I would have never known that those stamps were lilacs!! How cool that they look like pine trees now with snow! It's a beautiful card and all that glitter makes for a sparkly card. Love that paper too! Nice job, Carol!!
