FTTC42

I made this card for the FTTC42 challenge this week where Silke gave us a sketch to follow. I honestly don't know how this card came to be.......I just started working with some scraps lying on my table and this just evolved! I had this idea of turquoise, silver, black and white in my head and it all came out on the paper.
I started with the Nesties Fleur de lis pendant and began layering in black and turquoise. I also used a Nestie scalloped square. I did the center with silver metallic paper and punched 2 circles underneath. The side panel was done with aluminum foil and the CB Fleur de lis ef. I punched the black horizontal panel with an EK Fleur de lis border punch, and added some stripes with a silver deco pen. I also did the edges of the card with the silver pen. I added a piece of ribbon, and embossed the sentiment in silver ep.
This was a fun challenge although I have no clue where the idea for this card came from?!
Have a great Tuesday and thanks for stopping by!
