Blush Vellum Christmas

Good Sunday morning everyone! I hope you're all having a wonderful weekend.
I switched things up a bit from the intense colors I used yesterday and went in a completely different direction for this one. I started with a blush blossom card stock base and added a piece of pale pink vellum to the top. I dry embossed the image with a CB embossing folder and then added some glue to the rooftops of each house, and added some fine glitter. I embossed the Verve sentiment on the bottom with some silver embossing powder. It looks black in the photo, but it's silver and matches the silver ribbon holding the vellum to the cardstock. Quick and easy, and that's one more card to add to my stash :)
I'll be watching the last Nascar race for the year later on today. I don't know what I'll be doing with my Sundays until they fire up again in February but I have a feeling I'll get a whole lot more done around the house! :)
Have yourself a real fine Sunday!

Carol

Would have loved to have seen Mark win the cup! He's so deserving of it! Now it's gonna be a longgg winter till they fire back up in February! Can't wait!
