A friend ordered this card for a young lady who is about to celebrate her 21st birthday. I used PTI Aqua Mist cardstock and polka dot ribbon with a hint of black. I love this sketch and use it frequently because the possibilities are endless. The punched border was done with the EK Fleur de lis punch. The numbers are stickers from my stash and the sentiment is by SU!
