Echoes of Purple

My favorite color is purple, can you tell?! I love the floral images on this Echoes of Kindness stamp set and I just had to drag out my prism papers and create a card. This time I used all 3 shades in the pack and added a small strip of dsp that has tiny lavender flowers. I won't be surprised if I wear out this great EK Fleur de lis punch before long. I can't seem to stop using it because it makes the most gorgeous punched borders! I water colored the image with Tombows after stamping and embossing it with clear EP. The sentiment is a rubon. The ribbon is my bargain of the year - I found it late last year at the Flower and Craft Warehouse for 10 cents a yard! 10 yards for a whole dollar! Don't you love it when you stumble on bargains like that?

I'm curious to know if any of you watch American Idol, and if so, who do you like? Adam Lambert reminds me of a young Elvis Presley with his great smile and eyes. The boy can sing well too!

I hope you're having a great day whatever you're doing. Happy stamping hugs!

Carol
